Prismlab pre-processing nests and slices automatically; the RP-600D prints stage models in continuous batches.
Step 04
Each printed model is formed with clear film on the ACTA-E, creating the aligner shell.
Step 05
Laser-mark patient and stage codes directly on each aligner for reliable tracking.

Trim every aligner to the designed margin with mechanical or laser cutting for a smooth edge.
Step 07
Polish the trimmed edges for a comfortable, clear finish before final inspection.
Step 08
Sort aligners by patient and treatment stage, then pack them ready for clinic delivery.
