Prismlab and Haizol Reach Strategic Partnership to Advance 3D Printing-Enabled Manufacturing Upgrades

On February 27, 2025, Shanghai Prismlab Technology Co., Ltd. ("Prismlab") and Shanghai Haizol Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Haizol") officially announced a strategic partnership. Hou Feng, Chairman of Prismlab, and She Ying, Founder and Chairwoman of Haizol, led their respective senior management teams in an in-depth discussion on future collaboration. The partnership marks the start of comprehensive cooperation in the promotion of Prismlab's high-precision micro/nano 3D printing technology, the digital transformation of manufacturing, and global market expansion, with the shared goal of supporting the upgrading and development of China's manufacturing industry.

Built on a common vision for intelligent manufacturing, the two parties will regularly host innovation salons and related activities to promote Prismlab's technologies and capabilities in micro/nano fabrication and to accelerate the commercialization of innovative products worldwide. Leveraging Haizol's digital platform, Prismlab will empower small, medium and micro-sized factories in China and strengthen their competitiveness in global markets. Dedicated teams from both companies have already begun coordination, with key customer visits expected to commence in early March 2025 to accelerate deeper integration between technology and market demand.

Prismlab's existing ultra-precision manufacturing capabilities will be fully integrated into the Haizol platform. This will not only enable more accurate matching with Haizol's existing customer needs, but also support the introduction of Prismlab's precision manufacturing technologies into Haizol's current supplier product ecosystem. Through this initiative, Prismlab's advanced technologies will be applied across a broader range of manufacturing scenarios, further improving supply chain efficiency and quality.

In addition, Prismlab's rapid small- and medium-batch precision production capabilities are highly suited to companies' R&D and pilot-production needs. By combining these capabilities with Haizol's platform-based connectivity, the two companies will consolidate dispersed R&D requirements from enterprises and provide more targeted solutions through efficient resource integration and rapid response.
